The cast time for creating this item is 15 seconds, not 45 as listed above. It is not affected by spell haste, unlike Void Shatter.

The best leg enchant for casters in the game and far cheaper than the melee equivalent.

wrong, its not best for every caster, its best for spell damage. not for healers, golden spellthreat is best for healers
