This merchant sells many things ranging from food (to increase your damage), pets, and clothes which have a special effect on them, so save your Burning Blossoms!

Mistiwaters on crushridge did the exact same thing. A GM Deleted it soon after.

Someone kited her to the king in IF -- he just stood there non agro'd while she fought guards :(

Some tips:

Use the map of these NPCs, to find the bonfires and to find the NPC that give out 5x ;) You need them all if you want the cool rewards! :D

NB: You can use Wowwiki and check their map over all the bonfires! Outland, Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdom!

Just a note: You can now sell back your Mantle to the Midsummer Merchant for a 100 blossom refund within 2 hours of purchasing it! That means that you can buy the 3 piece costume, get the dancing achievement, then sell back the Mantle and have an extra 100 blossoms towards buying a pet or brazier!

You can earn a total of 1012x Burning Blossom as a Horde Player

Honor the Flame! - 5 x 38 = 190
Desecrate this Fire! - 10 x 40 = 400
Stealing X's Flame - 25 x 4 = 100

The Spinner of Summer Tales - 1
Incense for the Festival Scorchlings - 1

Torch Tossing - 5
More Torch Tossing (when done every day) - 5 x 14 = 70
Torch Catching - 5
More Torch Catching (when done every day) - 5 x 14 = 70
Unusual Activity - 5
An Innocent Disguise - 5
Shards of Ahune - 20
Striking Back (when done every day) - 10 x 14 = 140

In Total:
190 + 400 + 100 + 1 + 1 + 5 + 70 + 5 + 70 + 5 + 5 + 20 + 140 = 1012

Which means you CAN'T buy:
Mantle of the Fire Festival - 100
Vestment of Summer- 100
Sandals of Summer - 200
AND
Brazier of Dancing Flames - 350
Captured Flame - 350

In Total:
100 + 100 + 200 + 350 + 350 = 1100

You have to choose to either buy Brazier of Dancing Flames or Captured Flame and do Burning Hot Pole Dance (if you haven't done it yet) or buy both and don't do the archievment, because as of now Mantle of the Fire Festival ,Vestment of Summer and Sandals of Summer can't be refunded!

Spending Burning Blossoms

Items that can be purchased during The Midsummer Fire Festival are available from a Midsummer Merchant (Horde) or Midsummer Supplier (Alliance). These holiday vendors are present in every capital city, and can be found at the Midsummer Pavilions (orange gazebos). All of the available items require Burning Blossoms to purchase.

Below is a list of the items available from the Midsummer Merchant/Midsummer Supplier. The cost of each item is listed; the "Temp" (Temporary) column indicates whether the item is of limited duration (i.e. will disappear after Midsummer Fire Festival is over). The BoP column notes whether it is Bind-on-pickup or not (Consumed on use or learned on use if not). Items that are not temporary and not BoP can be auctioned, mailed or traded.
