The mechanics for seals/judgements has changed in WotLK.

i think this would be excellent for pally tanking due to righteous fury, or would RF not affect the holy threat of this proc?

After testing this sword for quite a while, here's what I've found:

Troll Rogue, level 42-44

Basis -
MH: Shortsword of Vengeance, enchanted with Crusader.
OH: Sword of Omen, enchanted with Fiery.

I have done tests with Slice and Dice up 100% of the time and tests without S&D.

This sword procs consistently 9.4 times per minute, meaning haste does not affect it (it is not a % chance on hit to proc). This was not a scientific test by any means, but between 9 and 10 PPM makes this sword very valuable for a leveling rogue.

I just have to note that for some reason on my pali this takes some mana.....idk why and not sure how much but i noticed when dueling a lowbie that it proced and my mana bar drained a bit....ill get back with numbers but im positive its not supposed to do that.

Note that this sword has a unique color scheme — while other swords share its model, it is the only one with the rust-colored hilt and central red decoration.

This may make the item more appealing to potential xmoggers. ^.~

This can be used to kill the trash mobs in sunwell that only take holy damage.
