My friend has one of these on his rogue. We put it in his main hand to see how often it would go off with all of his instant attacks, and it is extremely rare. It's in his offhand now, soon to be replaced. Its DPS is still nice, but if you can't decide between this and something else, know that the proc on this happens once in a blue moon.

Just pickpocketed this from a Burning Blade Adept in the Thunder Axe Fortress in Desolace.

Although it says that this is a boss drop, I actually got it from a lockbox which I pickpocketed in Alterac Mountains. This is a really nice dagger for a rogue.

Just grabbed this from Skhowl in Alterac Mountains.... agree with the comment by xesternos, it seems to proc every 2nd mobs, sometimes more frequently. Ive yet to see it proc twice on the same mob to see if it stacks or just refreshes though.

DPS is nice for an off hand at that speed.

This dagger,among his shoulder and headdress still drop post cata. Surprisigly, his loot table has not changed.
