You must get 2 dark iron ale from either AH or BRD. Throw the beer on Morjas feet (a female orc in Darkmoon Faire) and wait for Jubjub to show up. She will give you this egg if you give her abother beer. As Sware already said it takes a week for the egg to hatch. :)

I went up to her, clicked for the quest, hit Complete and I now have the egg in my backpack. Didn't have to throw any beer at her :-S

Or, maybe, they've changed it. Nobody was anywhere nearby. I walked up to her, 2 beers in my pack. She had a blue ? over her head. I talked to her, and one beer later, I had the jubling egg in my pack. No beer-throwing required.

You must wait until Morja says: "Jubjub? Where are you, Jubjub? Oh no! Where did you go this time!"

Place a Dark Iron Ale Mug (sold by Plugger Spazzring in Blackrock Depths) at Morja's feet. This will unlock Spawn of Jubjub, which rewards Unhatched Jubling Egg. It takes a week to hatch into A Jubling's Tiny Home.

Guide to get it after the Darkmoon Faire moved to the Darkmoon Island:

Grab some Dark Iron Ale Mug, you can buy from Plugger Spazzring (if you have a Direbrew's Remote, it'll take you right next to him). He only sell a limited supply of 10, I recommend you to buy all of them, since I used exactly 10 to do that. You can also buy it from the auction house.

Behind Morja there is a small forest, look out for Jubjub. After you find him, use the Dark Iron Ale Mug to lure him back to Morja. I used a mug every 10 yards (more or less). I'm not sure if he'll follow you if you place it further away. Place the last mug into Morja's feet.

After that, she'll provide you the quest Spawn of Jubjub. You'll need to give her one final Dark Iron Ale Mug to complete the quest, rewarding you with an Unhatched Jubling Egg. It has a 7 days cooldown, after that you can open it and receive A Jubling's Tiny Home (which finally teaches you how to summon Jubling).

Be sure a player is not nearby with a Jubling out! It will lap up your ale and you will not be able to get the quest until they leave/put away the pet. Save yourself the headache of a return trip to the Grim Guzzler.

Quest wasnt even showing up. she didnt speak, i just laid an ale at her feet and along came jubjub. She then gave me a quest and egg to be hatched in 7days

I was informed by a GM that the quest for the Jubling is a yearly repeatable. http://i50.tinypic.com/e6osic.png
So anyone who lost or fed the pet to the crocolisks in Dustwallow Marsh are advised to bribe Jubjub when the stomach acid has erased its memory.
