Useles trinket. 20 X 10 = 200 dmg..

http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10455 if used for 10 targets -which a tank do in dungeons = 10 x 9 x 50 = 4500 damage if dont resisted.. even for a single target 450 damage.. and can get 5 lvl earlier.

Yes but this one has only 2 minutes cooldown so you use it like every pull if you tank and makes dmg every 2 seconds not every 5

If I understand this one correctly, it does not use the GCD, which means you can add it to a macro for one of your other instant-cast abilities for an extra 200 damage whenever it happens to go off. Useful in PVP for tagging rogues and druids as well.

This does 200 damage over 20 seconds, which is 10 dps.
Can be dispelled using poison dispelling abilities and totems.

Been farming for the mace that drops off this boss for the past week. This trinket has dropped well over 70% of the time, with the spider egg pet dropping almost as frequently.
